Teacher's response
Hi Racel, thank you for your feedback. As explained during class, our barista class focuses on practicing making coffee quickly and accurately, which requires a large quantity of coffee beans to be used each day. Therefore, the coffee beans we use during class are for practice purposes only. You could have tried your own coffee during class but it may have not tasted the same quality as at cafes where the primary purpose is to provide a good taste of coffee (the quality and taste of the coffee beans can vary greatly depending on the price range). However, we are preparing to launch a tasting class where you can taste various coffee beans and feel the differences of taste by using different techniques. We hope to see you next time. Again, we really do appreciate your review as it helps our business to grow. Wish you the best of luck with your barista journey!
Best regards, Nathan Coffee School
