I am Nigel, a pastry chef based in Sydney. Baking for me is a method to materialize my creativity and affection for others. It makes me happy to see my desserts bring joy to people.

I started my pastry training in Le Cordon Bleu, Tokyo and I had wonderful teachers who made the learning process very memorable. Those were some of the best times in my life, and I want to be able to do the same for others.

Let's make some lovely desserts together.

English is my primary language but I also speak beginner/intermediate level Cantonese and Japanese.
