The kitchen was quaint and there was parking available. Lola is friendly and quite the host.

It was my first time doing a mosaic and I learned how to complete a piece that would normally be done during the class timeframe. The instructor, Merryl, was warm, knowledgeable, patient and kind. My sunflower took longer than expected but she did not rush us out, in fact, she suggested some coloured grout that really made my mosaic "pop". I'm so pleased with my first creation. Merryl's studio has tons of glass of every description, colour, shape and size that it is easy to get inspired and with Merryl's guidance, to ensure you will be thrilled with the result. The studio has an open and welcoming vibe that is casual and more like a collaboration than a formal classroom. I wholeheartedly recommend this class. My partner and I had a great time.
