What you'll do
Looking for creative family activities? We have created a fun event where Mum or Dad and a child can come along to this fun workshop and both create a soy candle each as well as three bath bombs each as well as some BONUS tealight candles!
You can have fun creating together while learning new skills and taking home your creations to make your home smell amazing and have bath time fun.
Our workshops are run in a totally relaxed, fun and supportive space with easy step-by-step guidance. Your teacher has been creating soy candles and bath bombs for over 10 years.
Learning to make bath bombs is hands-on and SO much fun. You will be taken step by step through the bath bomb making process and then have fun freely expressing your creativity through natural colours, crystals, organic essential oils, eco glitter and sprinkles.
In this workshop, you will also learn candle making basics with plenty of time for questions along the way. Your teacher will guide you step by step in creating your own candles that you will both get to take home and enjoy.
We will have over 20 fragrances to choose from as well as the option of adding colour to your wax. We always like to make up a little extra candle wax so you will also get to take home a few bonus tealight candles.
This is a hands-on workshop where you get to create and not worry about the mess and the clean-up!

Your teacher
Hi, I'm Lisa from Aroma Shak. I lovingly create natural plant based, aromatherapy skincare products & bath products, i have also created my own essential oil range. I also create beautifully fragranced soy wax candles & soy wax melts.
My handmade journey started 15 years ago. I was very drawn to aromatherapy and the magic of essential oils and started my aromatherapy studies to delve deeper into the magic and healing of the plant world. Through this i discovered my passion for incorporating what i had learnt in my studies and using it to create a naturalskincare range. !
Around the same time i purchased a D.I.Y soy candle making kit - then i was hooked! I have been selling my skincare, candles & melts through markets, shops and more recently online. My products are also used by a local beautician.
Fifteen years on, I still formulate and hand make our eco-luxe natural products. I am now so excited to take the leap and share my passion and knowledge for natural body product creating and of course our soy candle, soy wax melt and diffuser workshops.
My workshops are such a great idea for hen's and bridal shower, birthday parties and team building.
I'm so excited to share my love for handmade with you.
