25+ years in dance, movement and healing
classes and experiences: Dance • Body and Soul
I share with students young and old from 4 to 100 years how to enjoy your body by feeling into the body with music, deeper listening, understanding of dance and the anatomy of the body. I teach how to be confident in your body through understanding your relationship to space, music, rhythm and your intent. If you are looking for healing old habits, lack of confidence, social awkwardness and finding out how to master your body intuitively, I give you very easy quick body awareness skills that allow you to tap into your inner knowing and shift easily out of old habits. I teach belly dance for beginners, body confidence and awareness through movement and meditation and healing with the energy body.
It’s like the stars were aligned. I needed this class today and that time. I suffer from severe leg cramps. I asked a welll qualified Dr what can I do . They said you tell me. Not only has it freed up my legs my chest feels so open. Really feeling blessed for this class and this lady. You don’t just learn about this in books or classes it’s something the person shares with you personally. Very grateful.
Angela was absolutely amazing! She has your energy buzzing and also a beautiful mix of cultures and energy movement. A must try, you’ll leave smiling

I loved this class - I booked for a group of people and wasn't quite sure what to expect. The breathing and movement built up into a wonderful dance session that was captivating and thoroughly enjoyable. Angela is a wonderful guide through the Sufi dance and movement, many of the participants were keen to do more classes with her and we were left feeling happy and peaceful. Excellent. Highly recommend.
Angela was great and explained everything really well and was gentle with it all.
I have a hip replacement and it has been aching because I have been sitting so much in front of my computer running and developing online carers programs and I found it was really great and helped it a lot.
Angela gave a good introduction for starting out with belly dancing. It is a complex exercise that certainly challenges the coordination and she was able to take into consideration my heel injury. I would prefer a face to face class to the zoom though.
A thoroughly enjoyable class. Loved the flow and felt a beautiful connection to what i was being taught in the class. Angela was a thoughtful and intuitive teacher and I loved all the simple but effective techniques I was taught today. Will definitely be doing more classes.
