In this class, you will start with a Latin American favourite, Ceviche. He will disclose the secrets of his famous empanadas and demonstrate how to cook a cazuela, a hearty dish of braised winter vegetables.
Finally, for dessert, we will indulge in alfajores, a dulce de leche----the famous Latin-American caramel shortbread.
By the end of the class, you can sit back and relax, enjoying all the delicious food you've made!
