Anxiety and stress is something that appears in our minds when we allow fear and worry to take over. It can even cause physical tension in the body. Through this online yoga class, we will attempt to soothe anxiety through a grounding practice that will help you feel strong and confident in your body and mind.

During this live streaming class, we will begin by moving the body to release tension and feel a sense of freedom in the body and mind. Who doesn't desire that right now?!

We will then end our time together with a beautiful meditation practice to bring you back into a state of alignment with your true nature.

This class is great for those who are new to yoga.


Knowledge required
Beginner to intermediate-level.
 
What to bring
Grab a yoga mat if you have one or a towel. Your teacher invites you to use yoga blocks or something to elevate the ground a little closer towards you.
