You can eat these meatballs with tomato sauce on rice or spaghetti, as a soup or street food style with a flatbread! You can even add some Salsa Criolla for the perfect gaucho touch!

What to bring
For the meatballs:
  • 500 grams mince beef
  • A big onion
  • Milk (or plant base milk)
  • An egg
  • Garlic
  • Six tbsp ground parmigiano reggiano or equivalent
  • Chilli flakes
  • One hand full of fresh flat parsley
  • Oregano
  • Thyme
  • Basil
  • Dijon mustard (optional)
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper.

For the flat bread:
  • Bread flour
  • Instant dry or fresh yeast.

Salsa Criolla:
  • A tomato
  • A red onion
  • A fresh chilli of your choice (optional)
  • Coriander (cilantro) leaves
  • White wine vinegar (or sider)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper.
Suitable for

Suitable for adults, and kids (minimum 9 years old).

An adult must accompany any attending kids. The adult may observe at the class for free.
