In this class, it's where you need to start. You will learn and assist the chef to understand "how to cook". Understand that the weight and length of time to cook is a science, not luck. Learn how to bake, grill, poach, BBQ, roast, deep fry, crumb, spice, and more! It is intense, and chefs go to school to learn these skills, and you will too in this class. We will also eat and drink and discuss in great detail. Unlike other classes, this one is different; however, it is the gateway to making cooking and cooking for larger groups a breeze.

This class is great for individuals and couples as well as for a team building activity, birthday or hens party.

Suitable for adults, and kids (minimum 16 years old).

An adult must accompany any attending kids. The adult may observe at the class for free.

I have decided to share my experiences of cooking and my skill set in these classes. These classes have been put together based on my skills, my passion and my food. I do not just want to offer a class, I want to get in your head about how things work, how to cook with flavour, adding your own flair and flavours and imagination.

It’s very easy and fun when we strip back the layers in these classes making you confident.

I welcome young people to join in and learn my style and skills, take this into their future and be confident in the kitchen.
