What you'll do
Welcome to Stop Motion Studios, where your child becomes the director of their own film! Join us for this exciting 2-day program to dive into the world of filmmaking. They will use their artistic flair to create two unique videos using the stop-motion technique.
Stop motion is a captivating filming method that involves compiling a series of images to craft the illusion of movement. Throughout this experience, your child will gain hands-on knowledge about the process of filmmaking. Led by professional artist and educator Lia Maula, your child will explore their creativity through storyboarding, prop making using Lego parts, character exploration, and ultimately discover the importance of teamwork. Plus, they'll have the chance to forge new friendships along the way!
This program is suitable for children in Years 3-7.
