This virtual experience of a meditation circle invites all women looking to reground and release. If you've been looking for some relaxing things to do at home or a safe space to gather with intention, then this class is for you.

We journey to release and restore our womb, body and heart. Carve out some time in your schedule away from the demands of life. We will look to the season of winter to reflect and let go through meditation, visualisation and gentle movement.
