It was a pleasant evening. However there were so many people in a small space. We found it difficult to make room for the canvas and materials on the table, let alone a drink or nibbles, and tricky to squeeze around each other in the room. The demonstration at the start was brief, and I think one teacher to so many guests meant that it wasn't easy to grab her for specific tutorials (although she was happy to where possible). Now that the weather is cooling, the medium didn't dry at all so we didn't have time to paint as well. Mine is still a little wet the next day, so make sure you can transport it home securely. There was only 1 little heater and 1 fan to help speed up the process, but I'm sure they would have other options to help in winter. But then again, there wouldn't be any space for more things in the workshop.

Chris and Mitch were very friendly and offered excellent instructions and encouragement for preparing our own succulent terrariums. The premises was super aesthetically-pleasing and ambiance warm and refreshing. A great Sunday morning!
