What you'll do
Are you on the search for unique paint and sip class with a textured twist? Then try your hand at textured art it's so satisfying to play with the pasted building-up texture and the best part is no art background is needed!
You will be guided through the entire process from blending paints, making the textured pasted, using tools like palette knives and brushes, and different techniques to applying and creating effects and how to get the perfect finishes. After the demonstration, it’s your time to get creative and choose whatever design you want to make.
Light refreshments will be provided during the workshop. If you have any food allergies or just want something special feel free to bring your own. It’s important to fuel up the artist within and keep those creative juices following throughout the class.
Everyone will leave with their finished masterpiece at the end of the workshop 14x 20-inch framed artwork.
Chose to add on a take home kit for an extra $50. Includes canvas with frame, texture paste mix, tools, sealer & link to refresher video to keep creating textured art at home.
This class is suitable for children 12 and up with a guardian to help them when working with the resin. 14 and up may be unsupervised.

If you’re wanting to do this workshop as a private party please note that if you have less than 7 people there is a $170 studio hire fee on top of the cost of the class. If you have 7 or more there is no studio hire fee.

Sheri Vegas is a Brisbane based abstract artist specialising in Resin Art and Flow acrylic painting. Sheri has always had a passion for art since she was young and has received multiple art and creative design awards. She is passionate about sharing her love for resin art and has created a beginners resin art workshops, so you can also develop your own passion for this unique art form.
