The teacher Lily is very knowledgeable and patient. She shared a lot of tips and comments during the whole class. Didn't realize Ikababa has such a deep history in Japan and elsewhere. Very enlightening for an absolute beginner like me!

Taba Squishy Making Class

Thanks to Julie and her team at Seed and Spark we had an excellent time at the Taba squishy workshop. The leaders made it easy for kids to follow (mine were aged 6, 9 and 11) and honestly it was so much fun! We loved watching the squishies take form and the kids were so excited to get creative with their colours! What a fantastic school holiday activity!

Pet Sculpture Portrait in Clay Workshop

This is such a fun class. Irina has an amazing eye for space, form and detail and a wonderful knowledge of clay. This was the chance to sculpt my second pet Mishka, my 16 year old mini daxi who died in July. Her favourite thing was crawling into my dressing gown sleeve. This class makes you feel close to your furbaby in a whole new way. Absolutely loved it.

Personalised Perfume Making Experience

I went for a social media collaboration but I was surprised with how much I loved this…probably one of the best activities we’ve ever done. The hosts are so sweet and welcoming. The whole setup is smooth and easy to follow. I could honestly spend hours here! It’s fun and the perfect activity to bring your friends and family to!

Perfume Making Workshop

I took myself on a solo date and attended this perfume making class, and had a great time. Jude is just lovely and definitely has a nose for Scents! She’s bubbly and made the experience an absolute delight! Loved the perfume I created, my kids wanted to have it hehe A fun and enjoyable experience! Will definitely do it again!

Classic British Style Leather Bag Making Workshop

Teacher was lovely, very patient. There isn’t enough time to complete the bag, I think another hour we would have finished it so that is why it’s losing a star, it felt very rushed. went on a Monday so it was not busy and we had the teachers attention but I think if there were other people it would have felt more rushed. Happy with my bag but not sure about the cost to payoff ratio either.

Art of Wagashi Workshop

When I saw this intricate beautiful sweet(Wagashi) making class in the photo, I was a bit concerned whether my hands were capable enough to get through the class. However with Mana’s(our teacher) hands on, step by step explanation and encouragement, the class were filled with enjoyment & satisfaction. It was a great experience and wonderful sweet result. Perfume Making Class

It was lovely to come in with no knowledge. I feel like I came out feeling more confident and interested in pursuing my own perfume. Be mindful going in that you will be smelling a lot of different notes and scents! It could be overwhelming but the instructors were so lovely and patient with us. Highly recommend this class if you’re interested in perfumes.

Introduction to Glassblowing Workshop

The actual glass blowing bit was fun. The way the class is structured though there is a lot of standing around and not a lot of commentary on why certain things happen- the education part of it I guess was a bit lacking. We asked questions to try stimulate a bit more but nothing really came of it.

Glass Sculpting Class: Birds in a Tree

I loved this class. I found it challenging, but Aybike our teacher was so helpful.. and could help tidy up any wonky parts. I loved being able to take home a beautiful sculpture. The professionally made tree is part of the course fee... and the birds look so lovely on it.

Pressed Flower Lamp DIY Workshop

It was a simple and fun class. My friends and I walked away with our own pressed flower lamps. Because it was a quieter day, we ended up being there for 2.5 hours doing the activity and chatting. Coffee Factory Tour: from Origin to Cup

The whole cafe has a very special atmosphere — coffee bags everywhere, transparent pipes, huge metal tanks and an incredible coffee aroma in the air.
