A great afternoon learning about phone photography from Alfonso the photographer. Alfonso spent time explaining the different options on different phones before started learning about composition and editing. The instruction was awesome, and he gave us plenty of small projects to go away and practice, and then share with the group (there were 10 of us attending). Great birthday present from my two sons and we had the best day. All the food prep was done so had all the fun just making the dumplings. We had the vegetarian option. After the fun of making them In three different shapes, we went to our tables for a drink and they cooked them 3 different ways for us. We did manage to eat all of them since they were so good.
