  • 5/5 from Laura Garcelon, attended Oct 2026: Great, fun experience! Beautifully organised, delicious cocktails and food. Much more confident making cocktails! Lovely staff, thank you!!
  • 5/5 from Fiona Barron, attended Aug 2026: Dan was lovely. Spoke very clearly and taught me much about the ‘tools’ to make cocktails. It was a lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon. I really did think the ‘feast’ would be a Jatz and some cheese. It was, as advertised, an eight course delicious feast. We had to ask for a doggy bag!
  • 5/5 from Daniella Macri, attended Aug 2026: We had so much fun on our date night this weekend. This class was a great activity to do together and the food was incredible!
  • 3/5 from Anushka Navneet, attended Jul 2026: The cocktail making portion of the class was great, the bartender/instructor was personable and did a great job explaining the components and making us feel at ease! The food was just fine, I would not book the feast option again but just the class by itself if I was to do it again.
  • 5/5 from Bikal Aryal, attended Jun 2026: Short n sweet
  • 5/5 from Nigel Jeffrey, attended May 2026: Lot of fun and the food was amazing.
  • 5/5 from Janice Vargas, attended May 2026: The cocktail-making class was fantastic, and the teacher was excellent!
  • 4/5 from Amanda Trotman, attended May 2026: Over all a great night. Good venue, staff and making and drinking cocktails was great. The mix and quality of food however was disappointing. A piece of salmon and bowl of broccoli is not a fun sharing plate. We were not told the salad was a gf substitute so we all shared it. Some crackers were stale. The pesto was not nice but the steak and dips and meatballs were good.
  • 5/5 from Nadia Torbeev, attended Apr 2026: The mixology session was a blast—energetic, hands-on, and surprisingly educational. It’s one thing to drink a cocktail, but it’s another to actually master the balance of flavors yourself. Following that up with a full feast was the perfect way to wind down. The food was incredible and it turned the whole night into a really social, relaxed dinner party.
  • 5/5 from Emily Rose Ebrahim, attended Mar 2026: Well done!! Food was yummy

  • 4/5 from Hollie Smith, attended Mar 2026: We booked this cocktail class as part of my hens weekend and it was honestly one of the highlights. The whole experience was so much fun. The cocktails were amazing and the food was just as good, which made it even better as part of a group event. Everything felt really relaxed and easygoing, so we could just enjoy ourselves, have a laugh, and still learn a few things along the way. The staff were incredible. Super friendly, engaging, and made sure everyone felt included the entire time. They kept the energy up and made it such a fun atmosphere for our group. Such a perfect way to start a night out and I would definitely recommend it for a hens or any group celebration.

The 2 cocktails we made were delicious. The feast was so good, we both left very full. Yummy dips, steak, pasta & more. Would definitely recommend this class to anyone.
  • 5/5 from Mahmoud Hatami, attended Jan 2026: Title: Fantastic Team Experience - Highly Recommend! We had a blast at our cocktail-making class at Hamilton! Dan was a brilliant teacher—he made the session fun and he was incredibly informative. He clearly knows his cocktails inside out and kept the energy high the whole time. The "feast" afterwards was yummy. Huge kudos to whomever made the trout dip—it was a standout favourite for our group. Perfect for a team outing or any group event. We’ll definitely be back!

  • 5/5 from Jenny Taggart, attended Dec 2025: We had a great time making cocktails and then eating SO MUCH FOOD. The class was fun the teacher was engaging and the instructions were nice and clear. I know how to use a shaker properly now. Our group was well looked after. The two cocktail's were different in style, flavour and construction which was good. The food was delicious and plentiful. Our US visitors enjoyed the vibe of the bar as well. I feel this was good value for money.

Gave us great tips and instruction on how to properly mix our cocktails. And the feast was delicious! I highly recommend this class. The service from start to end was stupendous.
  • 5/5 from Jesus Sanchez, attended May 2025: Max was an amazing teacher and always so enthusiastic. Cocktails that we made were fantastic and easy. The feast that came afterwards was had some of the best foods I’ve had in a while. Overall great experience and highly recommend!
  • 5/5 from Anisha Tamrakar, attended Apr 2025: It was a very good experience. I took my husband there for his birthday and he enjoyed it a lot. The cocktails were refreshing and the food was amazing. Definitely a feast! Totally worth it. It was nice that they allowed us to take away the extra too as there was a lot of food and we loved everything.

  • 5/5 from Rachael Tosh, attended Mar 2025: 10/10 - was a fun day, delicious food and very reasonably priced. The cocktail making part was fun - drinks were tasty and strong. We then got sat outside and was served lots of food (guacamole, smoked fish pate, meatballs, pesto pasta, steak, salmon, broccoli and French fries) we were stuffed!

  • 5/5 from Martyn Williams, attended Feb 2025: Great class, learned a lot about the proper way to make cocktails. Both were delicious and well balanced. The food was great, there was a good range of dishes and more than plenty.
  • 2/5 from Jinny Marxsen, attended Feb 2025: I'm not really sure how to rate this experience. The cocktail class was great - interesting, fun, would def recommend. The 'feast' part was really terrible - it would be fair to expect that the food items would be from the menu but only two snacks were. Honka’s is a ‘pan-Asian’ restaurant with a pretty decent and delicious-sounding written menu. We knew we were in trouble when we were served a brown avocado dip, a big bowl of (undercooked) pesto pasta, four small meatballs in Italian tomato sauce and fries. The pork and prawn dumplings were as described on the menu and tasted good. The little cheese wontons with sweet chilli sauce were ok. Some fried chicken bites (no wasabi sauce) and siracha mayo appeared but were hardly karaage. Some steamed broccoli, craisins and almond flakes with maybe a touch of sesame oil but no other sauce was served. Very disappointing. We left half of the food uneaten and feeling really ripped off. Presumably Sunday evening is Chef’s day off and you know, fine, everyone deserves a day off. They should just run the cocktail class if the wait/bar staff are going to have to try and cook for paying customers.
