Went along for the one day japanese knife course as an absolute beginner, and Shane was so insightful about the process and technique and about blacksmithing as a hobby. As a teacher, he did an amazing job guiding the class through step by step and teaching the foundation knowledge, so much so that I could happily go away and know enough about the process to start as a hobby, but it was still engaging and well thought out. Would 100% recommend any of the classes and think I will be back for one of the many.
