How do we choose our Christmas craft project?
Choose your preferred Christmas craft project from the options in the ticket section when booking. Not sure which one to pick? Send us a message and we’ll help you find the right fit for your festive crew!
Can guests choose different projects?
Guests can mix and match between Christmas nesting dolls and wooden ornaments within the same booking. For all other craft options, everyone in the group will work on the same project — with plenty of freedom to add their own colours, style and personality!
Does everyone have to make the same design?
Definitely not! Even when working on the same project, everyone can add their own colours, style and personality. Matching Christmas creations are entirely optional.
Do you provide or book the venue?
You arrange the venue and we bring the creative fun! This could be your home, workplace or a hired event space. You’re responsible for booking the space and any venue hire costs. If you’re unsure whether it’s suitable, get in touch before booking.
What does the venue need to provide?
Enough tables and chairs for everyone, good lighting and room to craft comfortably. We’ll also need access to water and permission to use the materials for your chosen project. We’ll confirm any specific requirements with you beforehand.
Do you set up and pack down the workshop?
Yes! We take care of setting up and packing down our workshop equipment and materials. We’ll agree on access time before and after the session so there’s plenty of time to get everything ready and pack away.
Can we have food and drinks during the workshop?
Absolutely — a festive catch-up deserves some refreshments! Food and drinks aren’t included, so you can arrange your own in line with your venue’s rules. Please keep a little space between the snacks and the craft materials.
What is the minimum group size?
Our standard minimum is six guests. Smaller groups may be possible with a minimum booking charge equivalent to six guests. Send us an enquiry and we’ll talk through the options.
What is the maximum group size?
Our standard maximum is 30 guests, so everyone gets plenty of guidance. Planning a bigger celebration? With sufficient notice and an additional facilitator, we may be able to accommodate a larger group. Get in touch to discuss your plans.
What if we’d prefer to paint pet bowls, vases or pots?
You can still have a festive get-together without the Christmas crafts! To paint pet bowls, vases or planter pots, please book through our separate Pet Bowl Painting or Paint Your Own Vase or Planter Pot workshop listings.
