Succulent Pot Workshop

Create textures and patterns with natural clay.

1.5 hours Class size 1 to 10 guests       $77

This isn’t just a pottery class—it’s a peaceful space to slow down, ground yourself, and reconnect with the raw beauty of natural clay.
In this soothing, beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll discover the intuitive art of pinching. Using nothing but your hands and the tactile softness of clay, you will shape and texture a custom planter designed specifically to nourish plant life.
You’ll step away from the session feeling grounded, relaxed, and recharged, with the quiet satisfaction of having created something unique with your hands.
The science & beauty behind the design:
We focus on crafting vessels with high porosity. Left raw and unglazed, this breathable clay texture creates an optimal micro-environment for succulents and cacti—allowing for natural root aeration and moisture control so your plants can thrive.
What you will learn:
  • The calming, rhythmic basics of the pinching technique.
  • How to structure, balance, and shape your vessel.
  • Methods for imprinting organic textures and patterns into raw clay.
What you will get:
  • A restful, creative afternoon dedicated entirely to yourself.
  • All clay, tools, and materials provided.
  • Expert, gentle guidance in an intimate small-group setting.
  • Professional firing of your finished piece.
  • A unique, breathable ceramic pot for your succulents (ready after firing).
What to bring:
Wear comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting a little clay on. Just bring your curiosity!
Please note: The drying and firing process takes up to 6 weeks to ensure your piece is durable and ready for your plants.
What you'll get
A pot for your succulants (after firing)
