Venue was the perfect size for the class, all materials provided even if you don’t have an apron they have some for you to use on the day. Joseph was a great teacher, very easy going and kind! He showed us how to make ganache, and tempered chocolate and gave everyone guidance and the time to be hands on in their chocolate creations. My sweet tooth was definitely satisfied and I left with two boxes of chocolate!

I attended a watercolour painting class with a friend at Fran's place in the blue mountains. Her studio was very cute and situated in a lovely peaceful area with a great view out. Fran was a wonderful teacher, patient, and super welcoming. She got us to practice some basic watercolouring skills first before allowing us to create two different paintings. I had a wonderful time at Frans, she was super accomodating for us as we were late due to an accident on the road, and she had tea, coffee and snacks throughout her class. All in all a great class and can't wait to try out some of the techniques I learnt from her today!

Joel was great at teaching us, he was hands on, nice and made the class a very enjoyable lesson! We made danishes, croissants and Joel demonstrated making puff pastry which he then created palmiers out of for everyone to eat. He also had tea and raspberry chocolate mousse for us to snack on during the class. A great day well spent!

It is quite a long class though running for over 5 hours so make sure you wear comfortable clothes and shoes
