What you'll do
Step into a room that feels like a garden walk, with tables scattered with flowers, leaves and branches waiting to be drawn. In this art workshop, you’ll be sketching your chosen flower or foliage using a variety of drawing mediums such as inks, charcoal and pencils, using different techniques prompted by Maz.As you fill one section of your large sheet of paper, you’ll choose the next sprig that captures your attention and repeat the process. By the end, you’ll have created a series of drawings, depicting your observations, once dry, you'll fold the length of paper into a book, with each page offering a new surprise and composition, or crop into separate artworks to frame. This workshop is perfect for anyone who loves nature, drawing, or simply slowing down to enjoy the creative process. No experience is needed, just bring your curiosity, your good humour and a willingness to explore!*Minimum of 7 participants required for the class to go ahead.
