2 hours

Class size 1 to 12 (public classes), 12 to 24

$65 - $125 ($65 for Bouquet Size Small; $85 for Bouquet Size Medium; $125 for Bouquet Size Large) (PayPal Pay in 4 available)

Slow down, sip tea, and spend a little time working with wildflowers in this relaxed, beginner-friendly floristry workshop.
Led by Bel—farmer, florist, and owner of Botaniculture—this session introduces you to working with long-lasting Australian native flowers and South African wildflowers, many of them grown on our family farm in Silan. Together, we’ll explore natural, seasonal design and the beauty of letting flowers lead the way.
You’ll create your own hand-tied wildflower bouquet while learning how to correctly condition native flowers, build natural shape and movement, and care for your flowers to extend their vase life. We’ll also talk about when and how native flowers can be dried, so you can enjoy them well beyond the day.
This workshop is designed for complete beginners—no experience required, just an open mind and a love of wildflowers.
Bouquets are available in three size options:
  • Small ($65)
  • Medium ($85)
  • Large ($125)
Everything you need is provided, including all flowers, materials, and the use of tools. You’ll leave with your finished wildflower bouquet to take home and enjoy.
This workshop forms part of our 8-Week Career Change Course, but can also be booked as a one-off class, with guests welcome to join in anytime. If you enjoy the experience and would like to continue your floristry journey, you’ll be invited to join the full course at a reduced rate.
