Soe was incredibly welcoming and made thoughtful accommodations for my son, who is a very busy and curious six-year-old. She took the time to show us the kiln and explain how it worked, which he absolutely loved. Every step of the pottery process was demonstrated so clearly and visually, and Soe was so patient and flexible—even happily changing direction several times when my son decided to create something completely different halfway through! The studio itself is beautiful, filled with handmade pottery, stunning watercolour paintings and thoughtfully curated gifts. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm looking for a special, unique gift for someone. Overall, we had an amazing few hours at Big Bite Studios.
