  • 5/5 from Ismael Abufon, attended Aug 2026: Anan was awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable. We made 3 dishes (4) - and it was a LOT of fun and food. A small booklet or recipe card to take would've been amazing as remembering all of it would be hard. Even a downloadable PDF via QR would do :) Definitely recommended :)

  • 4/5 from Sir Ash Jackson, attended Jun 2026: Overall, the food was spectatular, and it was quite entertaining. That said, for some reason my table was missing food or cooking items throughout the whole 3 hour session, which seemed quite bizarre.

  • 5/5 from Stanley Chum, attended Nov 2025: I recently took a Japanese cooking class with Chef Dylan and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Dylan was a fantastic teacher — patient, clear, and genuinely passionate about Japanese cuisine. He shared a lot of knowledge about each dish and answered all the questions asked by the group, which made the class feel engaging and informative. We made sushi, miso soup, okonomiyaki, and soba with tempura. Each dish was hands-on, and I loved that Dylan taught tips and techniques you wouldn’t normally get from a recipe. My favourite part was learning how to roll sushi properly — it was surprisingly beginner-friendly with his guidance. The class also included free drinks, and I really enjoyed the wine. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend Chef Dylan’s class to anyone wanting to learn Japanese cooking in a fun, relaxed, and welcoming environment.
