5/5 from Cecilia Pang, attended Jul 2026: This is my second time visiting Heer Pottery but this time we tried their natural incense making and hand crushed herbal tea tasting class! It was honestly such a fun date night idea and a great way to escape the colder winter nights we’ve been having. It’s very beginner friendly and you get to take home your creations on the same day. Can’t wait to use them once they’re fully dried.
5/5 from Melissa Hall, attended Jul 2026: This was a really fun and relaxing class. The tea was delicious and it was fun choosing our own blends and customising it. The incense making is a more complex process than I assumed but there was lots of choice of scents and shaping it was quite a therapeutic experience. The class absolutely flew by as we were all so engrossed in our creations. It would make a great catch up activity with friends but also doable solo. Would also be fun for hens parties.
5/5 from Leanne Mitchell, attended Jul 2026: I attended the incense-making and herbal tea workshop, and it was such a fun experience! The instructor was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the session. I loved learning how to blend my own herbal tea and create a custom incense using natural ingredients. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable workshop—I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and calming activity.
5/5 from Caitlin Langridge, attended Jul 2026: The incense making class was a really great date night activity with my partner. The teacher was really lovely and choosing things to blend into our tea at the beginning was a really nice touch!

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the teacher was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. She explained everything so clearly that I feel confident (and excited!) to start making my own incense sticks at home. Such a fun and slightly magical hands-on experience — I’d definitely recommend it!

2/5 from Luca Sbardella, attended May 2026: Our teacher wasn’t very helpful, didn’t introduce herself and spent the majority of the class washing dishes. She also couldn’t answer any of our basic questions, not sure she could actually spoke English.

5/5 from Kurtis Martinsons, attended Mar 2026: This class was absolutely fantastic the teacher had so much knowledge and very helpful. Taught us both so much, also the outcome of the incense was amazing, can't wait for them to dry and be used. 100% recommend doing this workshop. The studio was also beautiful. But overall the teacher made the workshop that much better.
