Join this hands-on workshop where you'll learn to create stunning paper landscapes using Lokta paper- a richly textured, handmade material crafted in Nepal from the inner bark of the Daphne bush using traditional techniques.
Led by experienced art teacher Nathalie Brewer, who specialises in composition, colour, and form, this workshop will guide you through the gentle and intuitive process of paper ripping and layering. You'll explore how to build depth and emotion in your artwork by combining organic torn edges with thoughtful colour placement and design.
Choose to create an abstract landscape from your imagination or bring along a photo of your favourite skyline or scene to stylise and reinterpret using this beautiful, tactile medium.
By the end of the workshop, you will leave with a ready to hang framed artwork, perfect for display or gifting.
