Short Silk Painting Class: Batik Scarf with Pre-made Pattern

Make your own silk scarf using cold batik techniques with a pre-made contour (2 hours)

Join a silk painting class in picturesque Dandenong Rangers where you’ll learn how to colour on natural silk by a pre-made pattern. You’ll enjoy the result and feeling so proud that you’ve created a unique accessory in gorgeous colours!
It doesn’t matter if you've never painted before. This two-hour DIY workshop is interesting for complete beginners and makes a creative meditation if you’re looking for fun things to do in Melbourne with friends, family or even just yourself.
During this relaxing session, your teacher Tatiana will teach you all the tips and tricks necessary to create a gorgeous scarf made of natural silk by a pre-made contour. You will be able to completely disconnect and dive yourself into the process.
Select your favourite colours and create your own unique scarf using cold batik dyes with a pre-made pattern.
After your work of art is ready, Tatiana will steam it to fix the dyes in a special device and return it to you in 45 minutes or send it to you by mail the next day. You could wear it yourself or give it to friends with pride and a very special deep feeling!
