What you'll do
We’re commandeering the dance floor to create an art studio!
After a challenging year, it’s time to come back together with your community. This holiday season, come unleash your inner artist and get creative with a paintbrush and easel at our paint and sip classes.
No matter your skill level you can have fun and get painting. Mate Studio facilitators will guide you in making your own creation as you spark your creativity and enjoy some time with each other. You’ll leave this painting class with colourful memories and loads of techniques on how to paint at home again.
Get settled in at Batemans Bay Soldiers Club with their friendly staff, two large bars and Restaurant Vue 180, then bring your friends, family, and creative energy to the dancefloor to create your own masterpiece!

Loved every minute of our Paint and Sip evening at the Batemans Bay Soldiers Club. Our teacher was very informative and guided us to show our creativity.

Pleasant teacher and helpful assistant although too much time taken to set up then get started. Paper plates were used for mixing paints, purpose paper sheets could also have been used and I would have liked the water cup refreshed to clean brushes. Paper towels to dry of brushes and spills were obtained from the toilet by one if the participants. An easel would have also been helpful. Enjoyable once zoned in to painting.
