Saint Helena Culinary is the home of chef and Author Katie White who trained at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu London and since then has worked for restaurants in London as well as on retreats in Europe.
She is also a published author and you may recognize her book in Kmarts and other book stores all around the Australia. She has also cooked on SBS The Cook Up as well as Channel 7's The Morning Show on multiple occasions.
