What you'll get
Everything You Need for Mosaic Magic!- Fully stocked supplies – Glues, crockery, base materials—just bring your creativity and a bucket of colourful cups, saucers, plates, and bowls if you wish (optional) to add some of your preferred colours to the mosaic flowers.
- Patterns are provided for a mosaic mural of 3D flowers/leaves. Everyone follows the same base patterns as a guide, but of course, your own flair will emerge in this mural.
- Tools on loan – We've got your back with a loaner set of all necessary mosaic tools, safety glasses, paper dust mask, gloves, and an apron.
- Shop & explore – Exclusive access to shop in our studio store during and/or after the workshop. Need supplies later on? Phone us to make an appointment or shop in our online store, The Mosaic Mall.
- Create at your pace – Aim to finish in class, but if you want to add extra to your mosaic at home, go for it! Whether you keep it simple or go bold with intricate flowers, it's all up to you!
Knowledge required
Important Workshop Info!Intermediate Level – Workshop A must be completed before taking this Workshop B.Standing & Sitting Required – While sit-down workbenches are available, some tasks will require standing to mix adhesives, cut tiles, and shape flowers. The studio floor is concrete pavers, so ensure you're comfortable switching between sitting and standing throughout the weekend.Tools in Use – You'll be working with Leponitt mosaic nippers, tile files, hammers, and scorer tools—hands-on and exciting! If time permits, we will also use a wet saw to shape crockery.A Full-On Creative Weekend – This workshop is busy from start to finish, packed with techniques and mosaic-making magic! Be ready to dive in and make the most of it.Looking forward to an incredible weekend of mosaic art!
