Ceramic Christmas Ornaments

What you'll do
Add a handmade touch to your festive season with custom ceramic ornaments you’ve decorated yourself. In this workshop, you’ll be provided with bisque-fired ceramic ornaments, ready to be transformed with your own designs. Using colourful glazes, you’ll paint and decorate a collection of ornaments that reflect your personal style, whether that’s bold and modern, traditional and cosy, or quirky and fun.
Once decorated, your ornaments will be kiln-fired to create a durable, glossy finish, perfect for hanging on the tree or gifting to someone special. The workshop will run in early December to make sure your pieces are fired and ready to collect in time for Christmas.
No experience is needed, and all materials are provided. Just bring your festive ideas and enjoy a creative session that leaves you with keepsakes you’ll treasure year after year.
Please note: This class requires at least 5 students to run. In the unlikely event that we don't get this number of students, we'll cancel the class and fully refund you and inform you via email, so please watch your email a few days prior to the class.

With 10 years of experience, her practice found it’s feet in creating beautiful ceramics inspired by the female form. She’s condensed her experiences and is keen for students to learn from her mistakes and eureka moments honed over 10 years.

We will inspire you to pick up that pen, paintbrush, hammer or sewing machine and flick the switch that will kickstart a whole new way of life.Community values lie at the heart of our project. We collaborate with local artists and industry experts to teach classes and utilise local suppliers for any materials needed. We also provide a creative environment for emerging artists to produce and sell work, and meet like minded individuals. Work-Shop will be a space for everyone, with a rotating schedule of art shows, information nights on local issues and a whole range of events and community initiatives.
