In this hands-on cooking workshop, you’ll learn how to prepare simple, delicious meals that support digestive health using whole foods, gentle techniques, and gut-friendly ingredients. We’ll focus on practical cooking skills and everyday recipes designed to be realistic, adaptable, and enjoyable.

We focus on general gut-supportive principles rather than treating specific conditions. This workshop is vegetarian, however, the teacher is happy to discuss adding meat with anyone interested.

This is a relaxed, inclusive, and judgement-free space. Recipes and techniques are adaptable, and the emphasis is on learning what works for your body.

Community values lie at the heart of our project. We collaborate with local artists and industry experts to teach classes and utilise local suppliers for any materials needed. We also provide a creative environment for emerging artists to produce and sell work, and meet like minded individuals. Work-Shop will be a space for everyone, with a rotating schedule of art shows, information nights on local issues and a whole range of events and community initiatives.
