I’m Tash, an artist, student art therapist, and creativity coach passionate about helping people reconnect with their creative selves. My journey began as a mechanic, where I learned the beauty of hands-on problem solving and flow. Over time, I discovered that same energy in art — the presence, curiosity, and freedom that comes when we create without judgment.
A pivotal moment for me was realizing how deeply creativity supports mental and emotional wellbeing. Through my own healing journey, I saw that art isn’t about making something “good” — it’s about feeling more whole. That realization inspired me to study art therapy and dedicate my work to helping others rediscover their innate creativity.
I love teaching because I get to watch people light up when they surprise themselves — when they move from self-doubt to play, from control to flow. My workshops are intentionally gentle and welcoming, offering space for reflection, connection, and joy.
