Situated in leafy Gordon Park, Zoe's studio is fully self contained with kitchenette, private bathroom, a fully licensed commercial kitchen and a large studio space. Street parking is plentiful and access is easy with Buses coming regularly to the end of the street. Not far off Stafford and Lutwyche Roads and close to the Airport-link Tunnel, the studio is close to everything.

With well over 40 highly distinguished awards in recent years, Zoe Byres has become a much sought after demonstrator and mentor in the industry.
Specialising in hand sculptured and hand-painted cakes, her work has been featured in many industry magazines and publications both nationally and internationally. Zoe’s unique style often sees her creations shared across various social media platforms as well as featured on supplier websites. Zoe continues to dazzle, amaze and push the boundaries of all things cakey and loves nothing more than to share that passion with eager learners.
Zoe’s classes are skills-focused and designed to give all students maximum learning. Classes are kept small to ensure full learning takes place without the pressure of keeping up with a room full of people, and there is no hard selling of product, just sharing skills in a relaxed, creative environment.
