About this venue

The Lotus Room is a lifestyle & wellness centre located in Brighton. Our Studio Space is well equipped with yoga mats, meditation cushions, straps, bolsters and blocks. We also have tables and chairs available for workshops at no extra charge.

The area allows for plenty of fresh air flow and natural lights and is separately air conditioned with easy access to a shared courtyard and restroom.

It is ideal for weekly classes or weekend workshops. We welcome community events and creative workshops in to our sacred space.
