Instructors are really knowledgeable and patient. They went through each stage of the sourdough making process. Morning tea and lunch were provided. Her generosity in sharing her knowledge and expertise truly touched me. Together, we created seven beautiful wagashi, and I cannot describe the joy I felt when I completed my very first one—it was like a dream come true. I was also fascinated by the traditional tools she brought from Japan, which added so much authenticity to the experience. This session is more than just a learning opportunity; it is a calming and healing escape from the stresses of daily life.
