Last time I made the blueberry matcha with ice cream at the top, and this time I made red strawberry matcha. Even without the ice cream the matcha toppings turned out really well. I advise everyone to think about colour coordinations for your drinks and toppings before making your drinks and really recommend you to attend. You can do this solo or with a group.

There’s additional topping decorations to choose from compared to the Dessert Candle sessions, and the icing is different as well. The teacher is just as attentive and the workshop is unique.
