Join The Fermented Mother, who has over 8 years of experience teaching and demystifying the world of fermentation.
In this fun and hands-on workshop, immerse yourself in the world of kombucha making! Throughout the class, you will be guided on how to create your own delicious and probiotic-rich kombucha from scratch. You will learn the step-by-step process of fermentation, the importance of choosing the right ingredients, and how to infuse your brew with exciting flavours. You'll also learn how to look after your new pet SCOBY, the culture responsible for this delicious and nutritious brew.
Don't worry if you're new to kombucha making, this class is perfect for beginners and will provide you with all the knowledge and skills you need to get started on your own kombucha-making journey. Working with natural and wholesome materials, you'll feel a sense of connection to the ancient art of fermentation and discover the joy of creating your own healthful brew.
By the end of the workshop, not only will you leave with newfound confidence in brewing kombucha, but you will also take home your very own pet SCOBY and three litres of ready-to-brew kombucha to continue your fermentation adventures at home.
