January 28th - Crescent Garden Arrangement
'This arrangement is a best seller on the Flowers for Jane website featuring a graceful crescent shape that creates beautiful visual movement. Designed with the tallest blooms rising elegantly in the centre, the flowers gently taper down on both sides, forming a sweeping arc that draws the eye across the display. The front-facing design ensures maximum impact from every angle, making it perfect for mantels and console tables.'
February 25th 2026 - Classic Bridal Spiral Bouquet with gift wrapping
'This elegant hand-tied posy is crafted using the classic spiral technique beloved by professional florists and wedding designers. Each stem is carefully placed at an angle, creating a beautiful swirling pattern that radiates from the center when viewed from above.
Compact and perfectly proportioned, this charming bouquet features short stems beautifully wrapped in decorative paper, making it gift-ready and ideal for displaying in a short, wide vase. Hi, I'm Cassy, Creative Director at Flowers for Jane and florist since 1997.
My love for flowers began before I could even walk — nestled nearby while Mum and Grandma worked the garden beds, watching their hands move through soil and stems. When I was old enough, I joined them, and those garden days became our family ritual.
Some families bond over cooking. In mine, love was found in the garden.
With nearly 30 years of floristry experience, I bring a depth of knowledge, creativity and heart to every class I teach. My studio in Langwarrin is a place where you can slow down, get your hands into something beautiful, and leave with both a gorgeous creation and a little more confidence than when you arrived.
Creating genuine connection is at the heart of everything I do — it's even why I founded The Community Posy Project, giving back to my community through flowers.
When you book a class with me, you're not just learning floristry. You're becoming part of something blooming.
"Great value for money. I learnt so much in such a fun, relaxing environment. Felt I had known the group for years. I can’t wait for the next group." – Jan Kemp, Monthly Floristry Class: Bloom and Style
