This class is the perfect place to learn the foundational techniques of handbuilding with clay, from rolling slabs and extruding coils to joining forms to create decorative and functional pottery pieces.
During this one-off 2.5-hour class, our experienced teacher will guide you through the foundations of handbuilt pottery. Participants can expect to create 1-3 pieces, which are professionally finished, glazed, and fired by our staff. We contact you 4-6 weeks later to collect your food-safe, dishwasher-safe, oven- and microwave-safe items!
Clay is pre-prepared and provided, so you can get straight into learning the techniques of handbuilding!
Please note: This is a class designed for adults, and we do not allow bookings for children under the age of 16.
