Jemima takes the time to explain everything you need to know to create a beautiful arrangement: how to choose foliage and flowers that work best, how to trim them and avoid waste and how to care for them so your arrangement lasts and lasts. The pace of the class is perfect for both beginners and experienced folks. If you have been wanting to try a floristry class but were hesitant because you don't have the background or want to learn how to improve your skills, this is the workshop for you.

It was so much fun and Jem and Georgia were terrific. Flowers were beautifully fresh and it was just a hoot of a way to spend a couple of hours on a Sunday. Thank you girls, I can’t wait to do it again!

The teacher Jaz is extremely professional teaching the class tips and tricks of floristry to put together beautiful creations. The class was warm and friendly and everyone is treated to a cup of tea and a glass of bubbly. I will definitely be going back for more :)

We all had a glass of bubbly because it was someone’s birthday and on top of that, we were each given three stems of Gloriosa Lilies. These were something special alright. I had seen them before at the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show and they had captivated my attention then. Fabulously indulgent.
