Looking for exciting things to do in Melbourne? Join our stained glass leadlight course led by community facilitator and glass artist, Fiona Caskie (AKA My Imaginary Heart). Over five weeks, you will learn the intricate craft of cutting glass to a pattern, leading together, soldering the lead joins, and much more!
In this five-week course, you can expect to be part of a small group, creating beautiful works to take home with you.
Under Fiona's guidance, you will learn how to work with glass, manipulate soldering tools, and bring your design ideas to life.
Materials, tools, and equipment will be provided, along with pre-designed patterns to create!
By the end of the course, you can take home your new leadlight panels, as well as some new skills!
Please note: Glaas Inc advises that stained glass work is not recommended for those pregnant/breastfeeding, and we encourage potential students to seek further advice from their GP before participating.
