Perfect for beginners and artists looking to build confidence in colour mixing, this hands-on class explores the six split primary colours: warm and cool versions of yellow, red, and blue, and demonstrates how colour temperature influences every mixture.You'll begin by creating your own colour wheel on a palette, learning how the six primaries combine to produce clean, vibrant secondary colours. Next, you'll complete practical colour mixing exercises and create an incredible range of greens, deepening your understanding of colour relationships.Using your completed colour wheel and personalised mixing guide as a reference, you'll then apply your new skills to create a 12" × 12" abstract acrylic painting.
