Come make your own personalised vessels while having cheese and wine at Diana Ceramics' beginner-friendly wheel-throwing workshop in Melbourne.
This relaxed workshop is all about having fun and the opportunity to create a ceramic piece from scratch.
In this workshop, you will be guided through the process of using the pottery wheel by a friendly expert. You'll begin with a short introduction to the clay while sipping on some tasty wine and then get hands-on with some clay. You'll learn how to centre your clay, raise the walls into a cylinder, and then shape the wall into a cup, bowl, jug, or vase.
Lose yourself in the meditative experience of using the pottery wheel and connect with like-minded creatives as you have a laugh and get your hands a little dirty at this Melbourne workshop!
Please note: Your piece(s) will be ready for collection after firing and glazing within 45 days.
