My yoga journey started over 20 years ago. I originally came to yoga after having a repetitive sports injury. Through yoga I was able to maintain my strength and flexibility and find a more mindful way of living.
After completing my initial Hatha yoga teacher training over 10 years ago, I continue to practice and teach, sharing what I love with others.
