Recent reviews of Paint and Sip Class: Bob Ross Mountains

  • 5/5 from Elly Dickson, attended Dec 2025: Class was really great, when we saw the subject we didn’t think we could paint like that. The instructor Mina, stepped us through and we all accomplished the Bob Ross Mountains. Highly recommend.
  • 5/5 from Yashsvi Munshi, attended Oct 2025: I had my class with Mina and totally enjoyed it. She is really good with her work and teaches with all patience and interest. Highly recommend her paint classes
  • 5/5 from Jorgina Glover, attended Jul 2025: Lovely teacher! Very supportive and fun. Lots of laughs
  • 5/5 from Kelli McAlpine, attended Jul 2025: My second time taking a painting class here, and it was just as good as the first time. A small group so lots of time to ask questions and get help to create. The team was extra helpful when I needed to reschedule my original class time due to illness too!
  • 5/5 from Lynne Hardy, attended Jul 2025: Great experience. Good fun to learn.
  • 5/5 from Naomi Pethybridge, attended Jan 2025: We booked the Bob Ross Mountain class as a private work get together. Our teacher was very patient with us. We hadn't seen each other for awhile and had lots to talk about, so didn't get painting straight away as we were too busy talking and drinking! Mina was able to adapt the painting session so we still had finished pieces with limited painting time due to our group gas bagging too much. The venue was AMAZING, the space is so inviting, large and beautifully decorated. Perfect for lots of group photos. Our teacher Mina was a great photographer and captured some fabulous photographs while we were creating our masterpieces and group shots with great lighting afterwards. We all had such a fabulous experience. Would highly recommend
  • 5/5 from Yen Ong, attended Jan 2025: My partner and I went to do the painting class yesterday. Mina was soft-spoken and very patient. She showed us how to paint like Bob Ross, our favorite YouTube painter. It wasn't easy but it wasn't difficult either, we were both so focused on our work we forgot to sip on the drinks. Two hours flew by very quickly and we were both happy with our paintings.
  • 5/5 from Lachlan Pollock, attended Oct 2024: It was great fun and solid team building. Everyone did amazing. Straight to the pool room.
  • 5/5 from Hilke Wenzel, attended Oct 2024: An evening full of fun and laughter, fantastic guidance throughout the evening and my finished painting was actually quite impressive. We were a small group of work colleagues who didn’t know how much fun painting could be. Our teacher Michelle was lovely, very skilled and even more patient with us. I highly recommended her class. Thank you Michelle for a great experience. Warm regards, Hilke
  • 4/5 from Tineke Woodroffe, attended Aug 2024: Michelle was so friendly and positive offering advice and ways to improve on your painting. Loved the venue and set-up, very relaxed. I found the experience overall good, however I was a bit surprised to find we weren’ t using a wet canvas to start as this is the essence of Bob Ross’s technique; and colours are blended on the brush and the canvas. I did enjoy the use of the knife and some different brushes.
  • 5/5 from Fran Gaffney, attended Feb 2024: Michelle was fantastic, very enjoyable evening, she was very supportive and encouraging. Definitely coming back to do more
  • 5/5 from Rebecca Patterson, attended Feb 2024: This was great fun :) made me feel very welcome although I felt a little weird booking as a single would do again! All materials provided. Michelle was lovely. متشکرم
  • 3/5 from Luke Breen, attended Aug 2023: It was okay. The teacher was friendly and showed some tips on how to paint landscapes.
  • 5/5 from Meg Whitehouse, attended Jul 2023: The Bob Ross paint and sip night was absolutely brilliant. Michelle was so nice and halarious and made the night really fun! 100% recommend this activity
  • 3/5 from Melissa, attended Jul 2023: The painting was a nice design and a little more difficult than other paint and sip classes I've previously completed. It felt less casual and more of a structured art class. During the class the teacher painted on my art work to show me the correct technique which I found a little off-putting. If you are looking for a structured art class with a bit more difficulty this might be for you - for paint and sip, I might suggest other classes.
  • 5/5 from Brianna May, attended Apr 2023: The teacher was immaculate and absolutely lovely The whole experience was very enjoyable. Will definitely be back :)
  • 4/5 from Ivy Nguyen, attended Apr 2023: So fun to just play and learn something new. The venue was gorgeous and we had a blast.
  • 3/5 from Suzy Chamberlain, attended Apr 2023: Bob Ross is a Wet-on-Wet technique using oil paints. The painting is constructed from the top downwards, noting depth, blending colours and uses fan brushes. After changing the course name in my head to Beginner Acrylic Painting: mountain peak, I enjoyed the evening. The instructor tried her best to cover her unfamiliarity with the technique. She was polite and gave positive/ constructive feedback back to students.
  • 5/5 from Leanne Fullager, attended Mar 2023: Absolutely great fun, we went as a family and laughed lots! Don't expect to make a masterpiece just relax and enjoy creating with no pressure or judgement. I will be going again for a fun night out!

  • 5/5 from Lennie Anderson, attended Jan 2023: Absolutely terrific, teacher has you can do teaching confidence assuring you through every step, thank you.
  • 5/5 from Bradley Ree, attended Nov 2022: Teacher (Emily?) was great. Their instructions were clear and effective. They got caught off-guard due to a few extra people attending but recovered the class elegantly.
  • 5/5 from Sarah Thompson, attended Oct 2022: Fantastic class, we enjoyed it very much. Thanks for a great night. Rae was very patient with us
