Jem made the class fun and positive with a wonderful selection of greenery & flowers. So happy with the Christmas table centre piece I created - it's the star of the table! Family are very impressed. Loved the class and keen to book in again.

You can tell she has done this before. The materials provided were beautiful and fresh and lots of them. The venue was simple and clean, with aprons provided. I'd highly recommend a course here. I no I'll be back.

Jem taught us how to structure our arrangements to create beautiful balanced center pieces. As my mum was sick and couldn’t come (my daughter took her place) all 3 of us will be back next year. Flowers and bubbly in a beautiful venue made for a wonderful mother daughter quality time event at Settlers Run Country club

I was feeling great beforehand and now I’m on a high. The teacher was extremely experienced and ran the class well. She demonstrated in stages with well timed pauses to work on your arrangement. As you can read I can’t fault the workshop. I loved it. Thank you xxxx

Jem was a great teacher, providing an entertaining presentation, while guiding the class through the arrangement process patiently - from our first cuttings tentatively inserted into the foam ("Am I doing this right?") to our final flourishes where we gained confidence in our creativity ("I am loving what I've made!"). Such a great activity to do with friends. We will be back for another class!
