Our staff will professionally finish, glaze, and fire your creations, and contact you when they are ready to collect. This is approximately 4-6 weeks after class. Once fired, your creations are food, dishwasher, oven & microwave safe!All work is only kept for a period of 3 months, after which time, any uncollected items will be disposed of, so please ensure to collect your items as soon as you receive the notification, or contact the studio to arrange postage.

This is a beginner-friendly class with no previous experience necessary, just come along and have some fun.
What to bring
All you need is a towel! All clay and tools are provided. Although clay washes out easily, we recommend wearing clothes you don’t mind getting messy in! Shoes are also required at all times in the studio for safety reasons.

We have set up our studio to bring together pottery and ceramics in a combined space and to be an affordable, fun place where anyone can come and enjoy creating with clay. Our studio is a place where there are very few rules except to respect your fellow artists, their work, and the studio, to relax and learn that there is no end to the possibilities when working with clay.At SaJo Ceramics you can...Join a casual pottery class or social pottery & ceramics session; take a workshop to have a go at the pottery wheel, take one of our 6-week courses to learn the basics of throwing, or just use our Melbourne studio facilities on a casual basis.
