Join us for an engaging alcohol ink class in Brisbane where you'll unleash your creativity and learn the art of alcohol ink painting. During this workshop, you'll discover how to work with alcohol inks and create stunning pieces to take home with you.
Embark on this artistic journey in a nurturing environment where you'll be guided through different techniques:
  • Choose your favourite colours and observe their intriguing interactions on the page.
  • Discover how various tools can help you create texture and depth in your artwork.
  • Add intricate details to your designs using fine point markers.
Throughout the workshop, you'll work with alcohol inks and a small amount of rubbing alcohol to blend and create special effects. The well-ventilated space ensures a comfortable experience, and you're welcome to bring your own face mask for additional peace of mind.
As you delve into the creative process, any apprehensions about your artistic abilities will fade away. With the support of the local artist and your fellow classmates, you'll feel more confident in expressing yourself artistically.
By the end of the class, you'll be amazed by the beautiful pieces of art you've created. It's not just about the final artwork; it's about the journey of self-discovery and exploration that you'll embark on during this transformative workshop.

Knowledge required
Beginner-friendly.
Due to the use of rubbing alcohol, this workshop is not suitable for pregnant women or children under 18 years old.
What to bring
Wear comfortable clothing; aprons are supplied. Alcohol inks are highly pigmented and can easily leave noticeable stains on clothing. Fingertips can be cleaned with soap and warm water.
