What you'll do
Join Caroline Barber for a captivating alcohol ink class in Brisbane, where you'll learn how to create one- or two-of-a-kind designs on planter pots using this exciting medium! Perfect for beginners, Caroline will guide you through the process of decorating pots with alcohol ink, showcasing vibrant colors that merge together to form stunning patterns. In our intimate classes, you'll receive ample attention and instruction, allowing for a shorter class duration compared to larger groups. However, if you prefer a larger class or a longer timeframe, feel free to reach out to your teacher for arrangements.
During this workshop, we'll cover alcohol ink safety and explore techniques for decorating pots, including contoured surfaces. You'll discover our unique method for achieving a dappled pattern that will truly make your pots stand out. Additionally, you'll learn how to mix and merge colors to create captivating effects. We'll also discuss the importance of sealing the pots to preserve your artwork.
Carve out some time for yourself and join us for a relaxing hour of unleashing your creativity and decorating two 1.2 litre alcohol ink pots to take home. If you'd like, you can bring your own small/medium pot or consult with your teacher about decorating a larger one.

You can take your items on the day. If it is raining the finish may be affected with the Humidity. I can keep them and spray when the humidity drop so the finish is optimal or you can finish them at home if the weather is bad.
